ARTA’s Ease of Doing Business Convention 2024
ANZCHAM President Romualdez, delivered a compelling message at the EODB Convention, hosted by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA). Speaking before government officials, international dignitaries, and business leaders, ANZCHAM reinforced its commitment to fostering an environment that positions the Philippines as a top choice for global business partnerships and investments.
“The call to action today is two-fold,” said Romualdez. “The Philippine government and business community must work hand-in-hand to ensure that doing business here is not only feasible but also straightforward and efficient.”
In the same convention, H.E. Dr Catherine McIntosh, New Zealand Ambassador to the Philippines, commended ARTA’s dedication, noting that the agency’s work is building trust in government systems that are “fast, fair, and accessible.” Both Benjamin Romualdez and Amb. McIntosh expressed enthusiasm for continued collaboration, recognizing ARTA as central to the Philippines’ future as a top business destination in Southeast Asia.
