ANZCHAM Courtesy Meeting with the Clark Development Corporation | 16 January 2026

On 16 January, ANZCHAM held a courtesy meeting with the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) to explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership in advancing investment, trade, and business engagement in the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ) and Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ).

CDC presented Clark as a competitive and preferred business and investment destination in the Asia-Pacific region, citing its strategic location, excellent connectivity via major expressways and Clark International Airport, investor-friendly regulatory environment, and attractive incentives— a strong value proposition for Australian and New Zealand businesses. CDC also noted the growing presence of Australian investors in Clark, particularly in tourism, ICT, and services.

ANZCHAM and CDC discussed potential areas for collaboration, including investment promotion, business matching, sector-focused engagements, and joint initiatives that connect Australian and New Zealand enterprises with opportunities in Central Luzon.

Setting the tone for a productive year, ANZCHAM continues to expand pathways for trade and investment, and for its members to participate in high-growth regions across the Philippines.
