ANZCham was honored to be invited by the India Business Forum Philippines (IBF), under the patronage of the Embassy of India, Manila, to join the celebration of India’s 80th Independence Day on 15 August at Hilton Manila. Held under the theme “Viksit Bharat – A Developed India by 2047,” the gathering brought together business leaders, diplomats, government representatives, and members of the Indian diaspora.
Representing the Chamber was ANZCham Board Member Dr. Rafael Fortus who engaged with IBF President Dileep Tiwari and H.E. Harsh Kumar Jain, Ambassador of India to the Philippines, further strengthening ANZCham‘s relationships with key business and diplomatic stakeholders. Present as well in the event was Hariom Khandelwal (Country Head of Nezda Global), member of ANZCham and IBF Board Member, who extended the invitation.
Engagements such as these allow ANZCham to broaden the networks, perspectives and opportunities available to our members, while deepening the Chamber’s connections with the wider business and diplomatic community across the region.
