ANZCHAM’s Got Talent 2024 Christmas Fundraiser Gala brought the house down with an unforgettable evening of talent, creativity, and festive cheer. Held as part of ANZCHAM’s annual Christmas celebration, the event showcased incredible performances and a strong sense of community spirit.
The evening began with warm greetings from hosts Kimmi Siu Dewar, Executive Director of ANZCHAM, and Nancy Castiglione, Director of Partnerships, setting the stage for a night to remember.

Proceeds from the evening’s raffle supported the Sunnyville Community Model Farm, aiding their recovery efforts after recent typhoons, ensuring that the farm can continue its mission to empower local farmers and provide food security to the community.
The evening also featured a distinguished panel of judges, whose expertise and passion for talent made the competition fierce and exciting––Dr Catherine McIntosh, New Zealand Ambassador to the Philippines; Luisa Rust, Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner of Austrade; and Natalie Davies, Vice President of ANZCHAM and Country Manager of Vocus
The evening culminated in the much-anticipated awards ceremony. Winners included:
Decz Pasion–– best costume; Kurei Baricuatro––Rising Star Performance of the Year; and SYNQ Dance Club––Rising Star Performance of the Year
The evening’s star performer was Erika Bea Figueroa, who dazzled the judges and audience alike to win the coveted Talent of the Year award. Her extraordinary performance earned her a roundtrip ticket to Australia courtesy of Qantas, along with a two-night stay at Discovery Coron.
Benjamin Romualdez, ANZCHAM President, and Natalie Davies, Vice President, also took the stage to reflect on ANZCHAM’s remarkable achievements over the past year–the continued growth of ANZCHAM’s membership base, with increased engagement from both new and long-standing members and successful events and programs designed to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and business development between Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
With outstanding talent, a generous spirit, and a passion for collaboration, ANZCHAM’s Got Talent 2024 Fundraiser Gala was the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season and usher in a bright new year.
