Web Content Editor and Communications Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reports to the Policy and Research Officer and Membership/Communications Coordinator for the following:

• taking a lead role in maintenance and updating of the website;
• managing web content and uploading them in a regular and timely manner;
• using web content management systems to analyse website usage statistics;
• setting permissions for site users;
• promoting information about the website to target customers and partners;
• updating and maintaining ANZCHAM’s social media accounts, such as Facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn;
• writing for the website such as the e-newsletter and online announcements;
• monitoring local and international news, online public information and government services, and anything related to business and investment resources between the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.

Required skills:

• With 1-2 years experience in website management, content writing/editing
• Knowledge of IT skills, desktop publishing and photo editing, writing or web design
• Good communication skills
• Experience in web content writing
• Knowledge in business, trade and investment issues in the international setting
