TSA GROUP, one of Australia’s largest business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, on Wednesday opened its second site in the Philippines, marking its AUD$9-million investment in the country’s BPO industry.
TSA Philippines handles inbound and outbound sales, customer service, administration and back office activities on behalf of their clients across retail, financial services, insurance, telecommunications and utilities industries in Australia. Employees at the new Five ECom site will also provide support for one of TSA’s major industry partner and Australia’s largest telecommunication and technology company Telstra.“The new TSA site is a solid indication of TSA’s growing presence in the Philippines. Four years ago, TSA started its operations in the Philippines with only 15 employees. Now we are steadily expanding our operations and business portfolio,” Mr. Hill-Smith, added. — Imee Charlee C. “We are looking forward to continually growing our presence here. The Philippine operations have provided TSA the opportunity to become more competitive in the industries that it serve. We truly appreciate the business environment, the reliable infrastructure and the availability of quality talents,” he said.
TSA’s new site offers facilities that have been developed to encourage productivity, creativity and support the performance of the team, the Australian firm said.
Notable features of the newly-opened location include a 460-seat operational agent capacity, five team huddle areas, over 25 unique one-on-one coaching areas, a themed pantry and lunch area, a game room where non-duty agents can relax and unwind, a table tennis area, boardroom, and its own sleeping quarters.
